Color Production Technician

Are you passionate about print, color accuracy, and hands-on production? A&I Reprographics is looking for a Color Production Technician to join our team! In this role, you’ll work with a wide range of printed materials—from small-format booklets to large-format signs, wallcoverings, banners, acrylic panels, aluminum boards, and more.

You’ll be part of a fast-paced production team responsible for file setup, printing, laminating, contour cutting, and finishing. Every day brings something new—and we’re looking for someone who’s eager to learn, open to creative thinking, and ready to roll up their sleeves.

• Operate a variety of equipment including:
  ▫️ Roll-to-roll and flatbed printers
  ▫️ Cut sheet color printers, booklet makers, tab printers
  ▫️ Laminators, cutters, and contour cutting equipment

• Prepare and handle diverse print materials:
  ▫️ Boards, acrylic, aluminum, wallcoverings, window perf, banners, and more

• Assist with both small-format and large-format color production projects

• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace

• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality output and timely delivery

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications
• Strong computer literacy (Mac experience preferred, not required)
• Capable of handling and transporting materials weighing at least 50 pounds using proper lifting techniques and/or available equipment
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong eye for color accuracy
• Comfortable with learning and adapting to new technologies and software quickly
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
