Branded Signage for Multiple Locations:
How A&I Helped Wedgewood Weddings Balance Brand Consistency and Venue Character
Creating Consistent Branded Signage Across Multiple Locations
Managing signage across multiple locations doesn’t have to mean giving up your brand’s identity. With the right signage partner, businesses, institutions, and venue operators can keep their brand strong while letting each location shine.
That’s precisely what Wedgewood Weddings achieved with A&I’s multi-location signage solutions. Together, we created branded signage for multiple locations—including monument signs, wayfinding signs, and ADA-compliant restroom signs—that was consistent, yet unique to each venue.
The Challenge: Signage for 50+ Unique Locations
Wedgewood Weddings manages over 50 wedding venues across the country. From rustic barns to coastal resorts, each location is special. However, this variety also comes with a challenge: How do you keep signage consistent across multiple locations without losing the charm of each space?
That’s where A&I stepped in to help answer that question effectively.
“Our goal was to deliver signage that looked and felt like Wedgewood Weddings—while honoring the individuality of each venue.” — A&I VP of Sales.
Each venue needed to reflect the Wedgewood brand clearly, while also offering signage that fit its unique layout, materials, and theme.
The Solution: Scalable Branded Signage Packages with Design Flexibility
To meet the challenge, A&I developed a flexible yet consistent signage plan that worked for every venue in the Wedgewood Weddings portfolio. To accomplish this, we provided multiple signage elevation and design options to choose from. This process allowed each site to show its character—while staying within Wedgewood’s brand guidelines.
To make the process even more scalable, we also created a custom signage playbook, which includes:
- Pre-approved materials, colors, and fonts
- Design templates for different sign types
- Signage elevation options
- Weather coating options
- ADA-compliant guidelines
From monument signs to wayfinding and ADA signage, our team fabricated everything using long-lasting materials like aluminum and red cedar. As a result, it was easy to create a strong and unified look across all locations.
Fern Hill Barn Signage Project Highlight
Nestled in the scenic countryside of Spencer, MA, Fern Hill Barn blends rural charm with timeless elegance. With a rich 15-year legacy, this venue began as a working dairy farm—formerly known as Zukas Hilltop Barn—before being thoughtfully transformed into a rustic wedding destination. Today, it offers couples a warm, picturesque setting to celebrate their most important moments. From pasture to picturesque — Fern Hill Barn embodies authentic New England charm.
Monument Signage
We removed the original Zukas sign and replaced it with a strong new pergola-style monument made from red cedar.
- 4” x 4” x 10’ posts, set in concrete
- Dark brown (to emphasize the rustic farm theme) 1/4” aluminum sign, 42 “x42”, printed double-sided
- White letters and border for easy readability from pedestrians and drivers alike
- Weather-protected with a clear coat
- Custom brackets welded to the back for secure mounting
Wayfinding and Parking Directional Signs
To improve guest experience, clear wayfinding signage was installed to help guests navigate the venue with ease.
- 1/4″ aluminum directional sign: 24”x24”
- 1/4″ aluminum directional sign for “Get Ready” suites: 24”x24”
- 1/4″ aluminum parking directional sign: 28.5”x12”
- Printed in dark brown with white letters and border
- Weather-protected with a clear coat
- Mounted on welded posts with concrete pads
ADA Restroom Directional Signs
To meet accessibility requirements, A&I added ADA-compliant restroom signs.
- 10” x10” Sintra material with rounded corners
- Installed using double-stick tape and silicone
- Dark brown with white graphics to match the rest of the signage package
